PROJECT C.U.R.E., INC. was formally organized
in 1970 by a concerned group of community members and both
active and former drug addicted persons who shared a common
goal to help victims of substance abuse with their drug abuse
problems. The group was firrst brought together by a former
substance abuse victim, who, like the others, wanted to help.
For nearly 30 years PROJECT C.U.R.E. INC. has
remained dedicated to that goal and has helped hundreds of
people to overcome those problems and enjoy drug free lives.
We are funded by ODADSAS, The Alcohol, Drug, Addiction and
Mental Health Services Board for Montgomery County (ADAMHS
Board), clients are assessed a nominal fee on a sliding fee
scale based on their ability to pay. The City of Dayton also
provides In-Kind Services ADDITIONAL FUNDING and operational
responsibility for a number of non-profit programs created
to address specific drug problems. A major subsidiary of PROJECT
C.U.R.E., INC. is PROJECT W.I.L.L.
