Project C.U.R.E., Inc.’s Operation Reach Back Program is designed to motivate and direct youth ages ten (10) seventeen (17). Reach Back promotes the idea of “Community Empowerment and Ownership” to encourage living in an alcoholfree, drug-free, tobacco-free lifestyle. Reach Back can begin within any community that is willing to address the need for such a program by ombining the efforts of youth, church, community leaders, and concerned citizens. Once this is done, the success has begun. The key element in the whole procedures is that everyone has something positive to bring to the table. We all listen to each others opinion. And we respect the youth speci? cally in this process to ensure the success of the program.
